At Seven Retreats, we work in a serious, careful, and deeply personal way.
We keep our groups small. We do not run large, commercialized retreats with rotating teams, exhausted staff, or a constant turnover of guests. We do not rely on volunteers. We do not overcrowd ceremonies. We do not treat this work like a production line.
We are a small, dedicated team of experienced professionals who work closely together and remain fully present throughout the retreat. The same team supports you before, during, and after your process. Because our retreats are intimate and intentionally paced, every guest receives focused, personalized attention and real support at every stage.
This work asks for responsibility, presence, and care. So does the team holding it.

After your retreat, you have the option to meet with our integration specialist for extra support.
Working with plant medicine requires responsibility, discernment, and proper care. We take this seriously.
Our process includes medical screening, contraindication review, trauma-informed support, experienced indigenous maestros, and a carefully held ceremonial environment. If you are not a good fit for this work, we will tell you.
Your safety matters more than filling a retreat.
We host our retreats at the Sacred Dreams Lodge located in the Sacred Valley of Peru, surrounded by mountains, gardens, silence, and natural beauty. It is a place that supports the work – calm enough to listen, spacious enough to process, and grounded enough to integrate.
Comfort matters, but what matters most is the environment: safe, peaceful, and fully aligned with the healing process.

Our retreats are held in the heart of Peru’s Sacred Valley and led by lineage-honoring indigenous Maestros with decades of experience. We offer an intimate, trauma-informed, and ethically rooted environment, blending traditional ceremony with modern integration support and luxury accommodations.
You’ll experience a series of traditional ceremonies with Ayahuasca, Huachuma (San Pedro), and other plant allies—combined with sound healing, integration workshops, cleansing rituals, and personalized support throughout. You’ll also enjoy daily meals, beautiful lodging, and an excursion to a local indigenous community.
No prior experience is necessary. Whether you’re new or seasoned in your healing journey, our facilitators will gently guide and support you throughout the retreat.
We limit each retreat to a small, intimate group (no more than 12 guests) to ensure personalized attention and a safe, connected atmosphere.
We provide a thorough Preparation Guide, including dietary restrictions, emotional readiness practices, and suggested journaling or meditation. You’ll also complete a pre-retreat screening and connection call with our team to ensure you’re supported from day one.
Yes. Certain medications and health conditions are not compatible with plant medicines. Please carefully review our Health & Safety Guidelines and consult with your physician. All guests must complete a health screening with us before attending.
Our team is trained in trauma-informed care and ceremonial support. You will be accompanied by skilled facilitators who can help ground, reassure, and guide you during intense moments. Post-ceremony sharing circles and integration sessions are also offered.
Difficult experiences are often part of the healing process. We provide emotional and spiritual support throughout your journey and help you understand and integrate these experiences meaningfully.
Integration is a core part of our offering. We provide group sharing sessions, post-retreat resources, and access to ongoing online integration calls. Our goal is to help you carry the retreat’s insights into lasting transformation.
Yes. We encourage community-building and offer optional follow-up integration calls. Many of our guests stay in contact with facilitators and fellow participants for continued support.

Your retreat includes:
The $500 USD deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a future retreat or to another participant. We understand life changes—just communicate with us in advance.
No, flights are not included. However, all transportation from Cusco to the retreat center and during the program is covered. We also provide detailed travel recommendations.
Yes. All conversations, applications, and retreat experiences are treated with complete confidentiality. We follow strict ethical and professional standards to ensure your trust and safety.
