Before You Reserve Your Place
This is a serious commitment, but it does not require you to be in crisis. Some guests come to work through trauma, grief, addiction, or painful life patterns. Others come because they are ready for spiritual depth, self-knowledge, a life reset, or a deeper relationship with themselves.
Seven is for people who are ready to learn, take responsibility, and bring the teachings into everyday life – personal, spiritual, professional, romantic, and family life included.
If you are unsure whether this retreat is right for you, we encourage you to speak with our team before booking.

Safety and Preparation
Plant medicine work requires responsibility. Before attending, each guest completes a health and safety screening so we can review medical history, medications, contraindications, and readiness for the retreat.
If this work is not appropriate for you at this time, we will tell you. Your safety matters more than filling a retreat.
Preparation is also part of the medicine. Beyond the medical intake, each guest is required to follow a pre-retreat and post-retreat diet. This includes removing certain foods, substances, habits, and behaviors before and after the retreat so the body is cleaner, the mind is clearer, and the heart is more prepared for the work.
This includes avoiding alcohol, marijuana, coffee, fried foods, pork, sexual activity, harmful content, and other foods, substances, and habits listed in our Health & Safety Guidelines. These guidelines are not arbitrary rules. They help protect your health and safety, support the ceremonial process, and prepare your body, mind, and spirit to meet the medicine with respect.
The pre-retreat diet is part of the work before you arrive. When you step away from addictive patterns, overstimulation, and unconscious habits, you begin creating the conditions for change. Cleaning up your diet and behavior brings clarity, discipline, and peace into your life.
The post-retreat diet is just as important. After the retreat, you are in a deeply cleansed and sensitive state – physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Taking the post-diet seriously helps protect and preserve the treatment you received, supports your body, and gives you the space to integrate properly.
Integration is not only about understanding what happened in ceremony. It is about how you live afterward – what you eat, what you watch, what content you consume, what habits you return to, who you spend time with, and whether your daily life begins to reflect what you learned.
We support you before and after the retreat so you understand how to approach this work with respect, clarity, and responsibility.
Ceremonies
Each medicine has a different role in the retreat process. Together, they support cleansing, clarity, grounding, self-understanding, and integration into daily life.

Ayahuasca
Also known as Yagé, is a traditional Amazonian medicine prepared from the Banisteriopsis caapi vine and the Chacruna leaf. It has been used for hundreds of years by indigenous cultures of the Amazon as a tool for cleansing, vision, learning, and self-understanding.
At Seven, Ayahuasca is not treated as a shortcut or spectacle. The ceremony is held by experienced indigenous maestros who understand how to work with the medicine responsibly. For many guests, Ayahuasca brings clarity to patterns, choices, relationships, fears, and parts of life that need to be seen honestly.
This work is powerful and it requires preparation, humility, and guidance. That is why we keep our groups small, screen each guest carefully, and support the process before, during, and after the retreat.

Huachuma (San Pedro)
Also known as San Pedro, is a traditional Andean cactus medicine native to South America. It has been used by cultures such as the Quechua, Aymara, Chavín, and Inca for clarity, orientation, communion with nature, and connection with life.
At Seven, Huachuma is included as part of the larger retreat process. Where Ayahuasca can be more intense and inward, Huachuma often supports grounding, perspective, openness, and integration. It can help guests relate what they have learned to their daily life, their responsibilities, and the way they move through the world.
The experience is held with care, proper dosage, and experienced guidance. It is not used for entertainment. It is used with respect.

Rapé
Also known as Hapé, is a traditional South American plant medicine made primarily from finely ground tobacco leaves, often blended with ashes and other medicinal plants according to the tradition of each tribe.
At Seven, Rapé is used in a simple and respectful way: to support presence, focus, grounding, and preparation. It can help quiet mental noise and bring the participant more fully into the body before or during the retreat process.
Rapé is not offered casually. Like every medicine at Seven, it is held with respect, clear intention, and proper guidance.
